		<description>First we underlined the question.Then i circled The facts. Then i made a chart to show what i did.And Then I make a diger number  up to hundred thousan. And I had put a four in the hundred thousand place. And Then i put a three in the ones place. And Then i put the even numbers in the chart the numders are 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20,22,24,26,28,30,32,34,36,38,40,42,44,46,48,50,52,54,56,58,60,62,64,66,68,90,92,94,96,98,100, And all way up to hundred so you know what you are doing.
